i really do t see the point of including the likes of ebay or Amazon as they dont assist consumers in choosing where to buy stuff. Both sell items in different sizes or at highly inflated prices as individuals want to cash in. Ruins what was a good service
Agreed!
I agree! Who would look at Amazon or Ebay to buy a bottle of beer at roughly £1.80 per unit??? I was sent a price change for beer on my list for Amazon which was startling. It makes no sense at all to include 100% Online shopping markets, the users can filter searching but including it here just doesn't work. Of course, they sell EVERYTHING but no one would buy. See photo
Agreed. It has to be possible to remove eBay from comparisons and notifications. Telling me a jar of coffee is now £45 is no help.
totally agree, im looking to save money, not get ripped off on either e-bay or amazon….think im gonna delete the app
@user6421dacea4bf2
Well, go ahead and delete Trolley.co.uk app and 'cut your nose to spite your face'.
What a silly post, poster.
@user6421dacea4bf2,
Hi, I agree with you 💯%
This app hasn't helped me @ all,
I'm going to deleted right now...
I was just about to add that eBay and Amazon are both showing unrealistic prices - home bargains and b&m should be added
Agreed, ebay prices don't seem to reflect size of product when clicked through and need at least option to filter out
I partially disagree. I've picked up some great offers with Amazon via Trolley. Eg recently I picked up 12 cana Red Bull Red Edition for £6.30 , with long expiry dates !!!
Doesn’t match the exact item and causes confusion
Got loads of bargains from Amazon but sadly not e Bay. For instance London essence tonic is always a good deal as are many items, but some other goods change prices dramatically.
Great site this , even after a few days , really an eye opener and very easy to use
Agree. Would be great to filter out any supermarket/selling organisation that one wants to avoid.
Include a feature to deselect certain shops like eBay that offer misleading headline prices or ones that are no where near and you would never go.
please stop sending me price alerts on Amazon or Ebay or Ocado as not preferred stores and really irritating as well as wasting my time.
Please please, act on the above multiple complaints, remove eBay and Amazon as a grocery supplier with ridiculous prices, they are fine as an online retailer, but not for groceries comparisons, really letting down and ruining your fine, useful and helpful app.
Thank you
@user64cbb9dc6cdc0 spot on. Basically getting spammed daily now with amazon and ebay price changes for products far cheaper everywhere else
I was going to write to them about the same thing. Today I see Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes for £8.69 on eBay; it is around £5 in the normal supermarket. Furthermore, this eBay price fluctuates every day, giving me alerts at that daily frequency. It is gradually ruining the alert experience for me.
Trolley should allow each user to customise which shops' prices are displayed, and allow for individual exceptions.
Please let us exclude stores as an option. Then I can exclude Ebay etc
Ebay always expensive not worth including.
the site supposedly lets you filter which shops you want included in your lists and yet you still get SPAMMED with those you clearly not interested in (bizzare)
This advert looks like the price is for a pack of 4 but it's actually only for one!
For those store/websites you don't use, you can stop them appearing. Go to your account, scroll top bottom and click 'manage stores' then uncheck any you don't want.

Sorry - I’m an idiot, I found where you need to toggle it off for a list. For anyone else who needs this, go into your list and click the button that looks like a market stall, you can then select the stores to want to see. You need to do this for each list you set up.
Whilst I have clicked the toggle you mention, I still see eBay come up when I click on one of ‘my lists’ - I really don’t want it there as it’s simply not trustworthy for things that are often faked (razor blades are the one that I’m particularly aware of) - doe you know if there is a way to disable showing eBay prices everywhere?
For Groceries I can agree views of eBay and Amazon. It's useful for things like comparing Batteries tho
High prices so they can be shown to drop...but still higher than most
Totally agree eBay just doesn't work, click through also takes you to random items or cheap unofficial copies for razors or Brita filters.
A lot of eBay items are not genuine (eg razor blades) - so I have deselected it from the list of shops I see
I’d love to see the option to toggle eBay and Amazon off! I’m following my vitamins price and really don’t trust they’re genuine when buying off either of those two platformd
The Oral B price on eBay is very misleading. They are only offering 2 brushes not a pack of 4
