I'm looking at Kenco today, and there is a little "2x" symbol in the top corner, next to the pack size. I don't understand what it means (on a lot of websites if you mouse-over a button like this it gives a popup explaining it). It appears to affect the price per 100g, by halving it from what it should be. The £4.50 is per pack, not per 2 packs, but the price per 100g seems to be assuming £4.50 is the price per 2 packs. I'm having the same confusion with Kenco Rich and Kenco Smooth.
I’ve been thinking the exact same thing…it’s very confusing without any explanation of what it actually means or even relates to.
Hi lsprice,
Thanks for the question! 2x is used to show the quantities within a product.
This is typically used for multipack products.
Hope this helps!

But in the example I was looking at, it was definitely NOT a multipack product. There were no multipacks, and no multibuy deals. There is just the single unit, with the single unit price, but this "2x" which is making the price per 100g incorrect (as far as I can see).
this is misleading . see report here https://trolley.sleekplan.app/feedback/76106
Yep, price per 100g is clearly wrong. Looks to me like this app isn’t getting any development work or bug fixes, as this problem has been going on for ages.
