Waste of time

I'm tearing my hair out, having spent hours trying to set up a shopping list, spread over three different stores. Nearly every time I enter an item into one or more of the lists, they simply vanish. I've had enough and I am deleting the app and I wouldn't recommend anybody waste their valuable time on it. Oh, I also know this feedback is a waste of time, as you never respond or react.
