Hi i looked at your article called the 10 Best cream cheeses. I don't know where you get your information from but obviously someone who is ignorant of what cream cheese actually is. as also none of the cheeses on the list are cream cheeses,. Why do you companies perpetuate the incorrect myth that Philadelphia is cream cheese as it is not - it is a soft cheese = so you are being dishonest.
