I have a phobia to a skin care product, and therefore wish not to see it.
I manage to block it almost everywhere 90% effective.
This could be a useful feature to block products showing not only for the aforementioned reason, but also other customers discomfort.

Maybe mothers day products, maybe vegan/non vegan products, the list goes on I imagine.
